I was skeptical about ordering frames online. But the free return offer helped me order them anyway. Good quality and quite attractive.

I had tried on the Kiwi version of these at my eye doctor's office, and, while I loved the style of the frame, I didn't like the green color. Since then, I've been searching for a similar style in turquoise or aqua, so I was thrilled to come across them here in the color I wanted.
What you can't see from the photos is that the interiors of the sides are striped in bright colors. At first I wasn't sure if I liked them and wasn't sure if I was going to keep them, but now I do since they make the glasses more versatile so you can wear them with more colors.
They have that Wafarer/Buddy Holly look to them, but they are much smaller and lighter, so they are more comfortable for every day wear than some of my larger eyeglass frames are.
The lens is still large enough for a progressive lens, though. (I took mine to Costco Optical, and had them put my prescription in.)
I also like how the front has a nice lift on the outer edges, which lifts your face a bit more -- and which is especially important to me since I'm in my early 40's and don't want a frame that drags my face down. I already own the Kate Spade Liesel style, which also has this lift. (When I ordered this Lucyann frame, I also ordered the KS Regine style, which doesn't have that same lift on the edges.)
The tortoise on this is dark, but isn't too harsh if you have really pale skin, as I do. (The black facing on the Regine was too stark on me.)
The only negative is that these have "Made in China" printed on them, whereas my Liesel glasses are made in Italy. I looked into it a bit more, and it seems like some of the KS glasses are made in China, but it makes me wonder how well these will hold up, especially since no other place seems to carry this color in the Lucyann. (It had me wondering if these were authentic, but they seem to be so.)
Overall, I look forward to wearing these glasses for years to come!
