I have a heart-shaped face, so the cool aviator sunglasses that so many people wear look awful on me. I tried many types of psuedo-aviator sunglasses, with no success. I tried the Kate Spade Nia sunglasses after reading they are geared toward small faces, which I have. I loved it immediately. The style looks good with heart-shaped faces. My friend who has a round face bought some as well and loves them. The graduated color on the lens is very modern and cosmopolitan without being too trendy. These sunglasses will be in style long after the aviator style is gone. The silver square on the outside of the lens adds to the contemporary elegance, without being gaudy. The arms have an understated snake print - also super cool.
I generally buy sports-focused sunglasses that tend to be quite durable. The only downside to the Nia is the glasses are not nearly as rugged as sporty ones. I've had to tighten the screws on the arms at least once a month. They seem too delicate to keep in the car unless enclosed in a glasses case. This is probably true of all fashion-oriented sunglasses though. Overall, I love the Nias.

I was skeptical about buying sunglasses online without seeing them on my face. But my expectations were exceeded when I received them. They are lightweight, but still feel sturdy. They are beautiful and sophisticated. I get many compliments on them.

I had a pair of Kate Spade sunglasses before and really liked them so I was happy to get another. The quality is very good and they fit perfectly.
